Oh my gosh Uncle Eddie! These are simply gorgeous! It's fun to imagine where he was sitting and whom he met while working on these.

It makes my books look like children's crayon drawings.... *sigh*

  3. Good to see these Eddie, I visited the Musée Delacroix in Paris this summer. It's housed in the building where he lived & worked - inspiring place. Lots of great sketches on show but no actual sketchbook pages like you have here.

  4. Hi Eddie

I was wondering if you have any theories on the Chuck Jones drawings in "How The Grinch Stole Christmas"?

  5. Jesse: I'm always disappointed in "The Grinch" when I watch it but it always improves in mmy memory.

Thank goodness for sketchbooks. If it wasn't for sketchbooks, we would have lost most of the genius of Leonardo Da Vinci.
